In the lounge a comfortable sofa bed which easily converts to a double bed.
General: Prespa aparmtent is furnished with top quality furniture and fully equipped.
Relax in the bath in the main bathroom, shower, wc, washbasin and large heated towel. Ensuite off master bedroom too.
A modern fully equipped kitchen includes 4 hob cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, excellently equipped with all you need from making a quick snack to fine dining.
Spacious open plan lounge/diner with dining table and 6 chairs, modern 32" flat screen tv, surround system, music and dvd player, coffee table, door to sunny balcony for stunning views of the Pirin mountains, perfect for reading and relaxing with a glass of wine
The apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival, beautiful linen and soft towels are included + mid week clean can be arranged(additional small charge) Also welcome packs can be ordered.
Accommodation is fully heated in the winter and cool in the summer and is suitable for couples, friends and families.
This is a no smoking property, ashtrays have been provided as smoking is permitted on the balcony ONLY.
The apartment is located by stairs or LIFT on the 3rd floor
For peace of mind, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, front door viewer and door chain have been fitted.
Prespa is made up of 5 blocks, ABCD&E. The main facilities are located in Block A where the apartment is situated, so there is no need to venture outdoors, this is worth confirming prior to making any booking!

Ski lockers are located on the ground floor or instead for a small charge you can leave your skis next door to the gondola!

Entertainment: The town of Bansko is open all year, it is full of quaint historic buildings. The beautiful church dominates the main square which holds a jazz festival in the summer months.
Bansko Jazz Festival - This highly popular festival takes place each August and is internationally renowned. It usually takes places from the 8th to the 13th and is one of Bulgaria’s largest and most prestigious music events.
Eating/Living: Bansko has many traditional Bulgarian restaurants along with western restaurants to cater for all tastes at a fraction of UK prices. Banks, shops, ice skating, 10 pin bowling, swimming and mountain biking and a lively nightlife are all available locally.

On site: Bansko is Bulgaria’s newest and most rapidly developing ski resort. The construction of the new gondola and ski facilities has made the resort the most modern in Bulgaria. Being a unique combination of the newest winter sports complex and a lively medieval town, Bansko offers a truly competitive alternative to the Alps at just a fraction of the cost.
Enviably situated in the foothills of one of the most beautiful mountains in the country, Bansko is renown to mirror exactly an Alpine skiing, climbing and hiking destination. With three mountain peaks above 2900m (10,000 feet), the Alpinesque character of the Pirin Mountains generates outstanding skiing conditions for all manner of skiers. The seasoned experts will thrill at the best downhill skiing the country has to offer, while the less experienced can enjoy the other runs and tracks the slopes provide for all grades of skiers, be they novice or expert.

The apartment is a short walk to the Gondola lift and from the old town where the bulk of the shops, bars and restaurants are located.
In summer months you can access the mountains on foot, car or by bike.
The golf course is about 10 minutes by car, taxi or bus
Less than 15 mins away: Bansko town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It consists of ancient monuments and narrow cobbled streets with some stone houses with 120 monuments plus museums and the permanent ethnographic exhibitions. There are over 100 high quality taverns offering fantastic food, but also nightclubs and discos for a livelier evening. Bansko is the newest and most rapidly developing ski resort in bulgaria. Forty Million Euros have been invested, to create a top rate facility with the best equipment, including a new Gondola, snow guns, electronic ski pass system etc. There are 14 pistes totaling 65 km, including a unique 16 km uninterupted ski run, starting from the Tordorka Peak (2600m) at the highest point of the ski centre, all the way to base station of the gondola lift at the outskirts of town. The last 7km of the slope are lighted, and the entire facility is equipped with artificial snow machines to ensure a great skiing experience even in warmer conditions. Bansko is popular with snowboarders, facilities include ahalfpipe. There is atop class ski school, for all levels of ability. The ski season is one of the longest, roughly mid December until the end of April.
Well signed routes and hikers' chalets. Mountain bikes can hired locally in order to experience the beautiful region. Local companies can organise trips in the mountains e.g. white water rafting, canoeing, paragliding and horse riding. There is also golf to be enjoyed. Also in summer the town hosts a week long jazz festival attracing performers from all over the world.
There are some fashion boutiques in Bansko and more opening every day. There is no Supermarket as such, but there are a number of small shops and self-service food shops that sell all that is required for a self-catering holiday at very reasonable prices. Eating out is no problem with the numerous restaurants.
AT THE END OF THE DAY: After a day on the slopes or exploring the mountains why not take a stroll in the town. Visit one of the many Mehanas (Restaurants) alond Pirin Street offering excellent and vaired selection of both traditional and English meals which are incredibly good value. Or accross from the apartment you can eat, drink and enjoy the entertainment at the Irish pub or Hotel Lion & Purun.
