Sleeping: The kazdelvilla has three double bedrooms. The villa will sleep 6-8 people comfortably.There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. The villa is fully equipped, towels, bedding, hairdryer and iron are all available.

General: The villa is situated only 15-20 minutes from Varna Airport. The city itself is only a short 10 minute bus/taxi ride away, as is the family friendly resort of St Konstantine. The beaches here are fantastically clean and great for wave jumping and dolphin watching. You can experience the buzz of the city and the resorts and then return to the villa for peace and quiet, sit on the large balcony overlooking the Black Sea.

Entertainment: Within 2-3 minutes walk of the villa are the bus stops to take you either to Varna or St Konstantine and other resorts, where there are many bars, cafe bars, restaurants, shops, market stalls and places of interest. Locally, within walking distance there is a very friendly Bulgarian restaurant, a local bar, where you can mix with locals, have a few extremely cheap beers and an excellent bite to eat. There is a local shop for fresh bread, eggs and all the essentials and the Hotel Perla, where you can use the pool facilites have a lunch time snacks or an excellent evening meal.

Eating/Living: The villa is situated among other Bulgarian families and our neighbours Boris and Maria and very friendly. Locally drinks and food are very cheap as is the city of Varna. The resort of St Konstantine is slightly more expensive, but not as much as the larger resorts of Sunny Beach and Golden Sands. There is a local shop offering all the essentials and in the next village, Vinitses, easy to get to on the bus, is a large supermarket, where you can get anything you could want. Taxis wait outside so you can load up on the return. Fare approx £2.00 - £2.50

General: The villa is situated down a private driveway, with just 3 other houses. The walled garden is private and securely gated. There is a large grassed area and path all the way around the villa. There are outside tables and chairs to use and a barbecue.

The hotel Perla is 5 a minute walk and the manageress Maria will welcome you to use the facilities - pool, bar and restaurant. The food is very good and very cheap!!
Around the corner from the Villa (literally) there is Simons bar (small local bar serving food and drinks - very cheap!)and also the local shop selling all essentials.

Less than 15 mins away: Take the bus to Varna - 10 mins - cost 30 pence to see this city resort. The bus stop to and from Varna is less than 1minute from the Villa.
Also by bus / Taxi is the resort of St Konstantine which is approx 3km's away. Approx cost in a taxi is £3.00
The larger resort of Golden Sands is approx 10km's away takes about 10 mins in a taxi / bus approx £4. This is a large beach resort with plenty of nightlife / bars / beach etc. - and plenty for the kids to do in the daytime.

Less than 45 mins away: The beach resort of Albena is about 25mins by car / taxi and is worth a visit. There are water sports, scuba diving, restaurants, bars clubs etc. It is quite a large resort with plenty to do.
The harbour town of Balchick is approx 45 mins away and offers a lovelly harbour view, the botanical gardens with plenty to see and do.

Extra informaion: Travelling up and down the coast is both cheap and easy. The buses are regular (every 10mins) and although not air conditioned offer a more authentic way to travel - and are very cheap -you probably won't pay more than 50p to go anywhere!!!
The taxis are also cheap - especially if you are prepared to haggle!!!
