Bulgarian ski and spa apartments on market from €42,000
Prices at Pinewood Lodge, a new ski and spa development in the Bulgarian resort of Bansko, start at around €42,000 for a studio.
The scheme is located within a five-minute walk of the gondola and will include a spa and treatment centre, a bar and reception area.
All of the units in the scheme will come with flooring and kitchen units, satellite TV connections, parking and ski storage.
Buyers can also opt to include an air conditioning system, while selling agent HHB Holiday Homes is offering buyers a free furniture package until the end of December.
The firm has also introduced a new taxi service to take buyers and holidaymakers from Sofia airport to their accommodation in Bansko.
