• Pricing
  All the prices stated in our web site are in euro and include:
  - Unlimited mileage.
  -Third party insurance.
  -Collision damage waiver.
  -Theft waiver.
  -Fire insurance.
  -Airport surcharges.
  -VAT and all local taxes.
  -One additional driver.
  -One child / baby seat if needed.
  The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
  
• Method of payment
  You can pay with the most common credit cards like Visa and Master card. You can also pay cash at collection and leave a security deposit. All Local road taxes and VAT are included.
  
• CDW or Collision Damage Waiver
  The CDW – collision damage waver covers any damage of the rental car that has been caused by the renting person itself for which third parties are not liable. There will be no coverage in cases of
  -intentional actions by the client (e.g. attempt of insurance fraud)
  -or gross negligence (e.g. while intoxicated [alcohol, drugs/narcotics])
  The excess is from 100-200 euro depending on the vehicle type.
  
• Excess
  Excess is the amount for which the renting person is responsible in case of damages to the rented car caused by himself.
  
• TP or Theft Protection
  The insurance against car theft covers the theft of the vehicle but not the luggage or valuable property inside the vehicle. Partial thefts (wipers, wheel caps etc.) are not covered by TP.
  
• FDW or Full Damage Waiver
  FDW reduces the excess amount the renting person might have to pay for collision damages. FDW is offered as an extra option. Ask your rent-a-car agent for details.
  
• WUG or Wheels/Underside and Glass
  WUG is an extra insurance which is not available in Bulgaria
  
• Age Requirements
  The primary renter of the vehicle must be at least 21 years of age. Additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements as the Primary driver. All drivers must show a valid driver's license at time of rental. Certain specialty and larger sized vehicles may not be rented to younger drivers. There is not a maximum age limit. Rentomobile reserves the right to refuse rental of a vehicle if the renter demonstrates inability to handle road rules and conditions.
  
• Pick-up / Drop off Locations
  We will wait for you at the airport, in the port, in our office or in the reception of your hotel according to the choices you have made.
  
• One-Way Rentals
  A vehicle can be rented in one location and returned to another. Please book your one-way rental in advance. A drop charge will be required
  
• Booking Process
  In order to book your car you need to contact 08452 60 90 60. You will receive confirmation by email within 24 hours. Credit Card details will not be required. Your flight details will be required at time of booking.
  
• Out of Hours
  We will charge you 6 euro VAT including if you want to collect or drop off your rental car between 00:00h and 6:00h.
  
• Driver's License
  Drivers must produce a full driving license held for at least one year. In addition to the driver's license, a valid passport has to be presented at the reception of the vehicle. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate driving license. Faxed or photocopied licenses are not acceptable.
  
• Rental Period
  Rental days are based on a 24-hour basis, commencing at the time in the Rental Agreement. RENTOMOBILE allows up to 1 hours delay in return time without calculating an extra day.
  
• Amendments
  All amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to collection of the vehicle.
  
• Cancellation
  All cancellations have to be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental.
  
• Eligibility
  RENTOMOBILE can refuse to provide a car to any customer who is, in their opinion, unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. RENTOMOBILE reserves the right of procuring a vehicle of a higher category whenever the booked vehicle category should not be available.
  If you are dissatisfied in any way with the standard of your booked car, you must advise immediately.
  A Feedback is available.
  
• Across the Border
  These rentals are normally not allowed.
  
• Additional Drivers
  Additional drivers are required to present their valid driver's license(s). All additional drivers must be present to show their driver's licenses and sign the rental agreement. Additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements as the Primary driver. An Additional Driver fee will not be required.
  
• Insurance Exclusions
  The FDW does not cover damage to wheels, tires, glass, the roof, the underside, the interior of the car, towing charges or damage caused willfully or recklessly. You may therefore be liable for the cost of this damage.
  
• Accidents and Breakdowns
  Vehicle must never be removed from place of accident until police rapport has been completed.
  In case of any accident to the car you must immediately contact the nearest police station on 166 and make an accident report. If you do not report this to the police and comply with the requirements under the country's law, the insurance becomes invalid. The report should state if there was any influence of alcohol or drugs. It is essential that you also report any accident or damage to RENTOMOBILE.
  In case of other damages to the rented car, the above procedure should also be followed. If the vehicle is damaged while parked you have to report the damage to RENTOMOBILE and call the traffic police.
  It is mandatory for the client to file a police report in case of theft and to turn this document in to RENTOMOBILE
  In case of a breakdown you must never move the car or try to start it. You must call your RENTOMOBILE agent immediately. The client must report all damages IMMEDIATELY to RENTOMOBILE. Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the client.
