Step TWO once we have answered all your questions and you have decided to buy a Bulgarian property, you can then verbally reserve a property for three days until we receive your reservation cheque for £250. This is fully refundable.
Once we have received your cheque we will prepare a contract for you. You will usually receive the contract within 30 days. We will appoint you a Bulgarian solicitor (or you can use your own) who will deal with the purchase of the property in Bulgaria.
Payment Plan for Palma Court (Completion May 2007)
10% deposit is payable on the signing of contract. A further 40% is payable in June 2007. The final 50% payment is due in June 2007.
Payment Plan for Palma Springs Holiday Club & Spa (Completion March 2008)
10% deposit is payable on the signing of contract. 20% is payable in July 2007, another 20% payable in December 2007, and a further 20% on completion (March 2008). The remaining 30% is payable in June 2008.
